What is included in FKS Aircraft Management?
Our management service covers regulatory compliance, maintenance scheduling, crew management, financial reporting, insurance advisory, and 24/7 operational monitoring. It is a complete operational solution — not a partial one.
How do you handle maintenance and airworthiness?
We manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on your behalf, coordinating with approved maintenance providers and tracking every event in our system. You receive full documentation and reporting after each maintenance activity.
Will I lose control of my aircraft?
No. You retain full ownership and authority. FKS manages operations on your behalf, but every major decision — utilisation, scheduling changes, budget approvals — is made with your knowledge and consent.
How is financial reporting handled?
You receive a clear, itemised monthly report covering all operational costs, maintenance expenditure, and revenue (if the aircraft is placed on charter). Our reporting is designed to give you complete visibility with no surprises.
How quickly can you onboard a new aircraft?
Onboarding typically takes 7–14 days following the initial audit and strategy agreement. For time-sensitive transitions, we can accelerate the process — contact us to discuss your timeline.
